Postage & Packing
We use DPD, the UK's most trusted courier company to send all of our UK mainland parcels ‘tracked’. If you would also like them insured – please contact us for options. All of our lots are pre-priced for P&P - simply find the lot you are interested in on our website, and note the 'First lot' or 'Additional lot' price. If you require combined postage of multiple items, the largest (most expensive to post) item will be charged at the 'First lot' price, and each subsequent lot at the 'Additional lot' price. Our dedicated P&P team are experienced in the packing of delicate and valuable items, such as ceramics and jewellery; this, coupled with the care and experience of DPD, means your purchases will always be delivered to you in perfect condition.
For international delivery, please contact us directly and we will be happy to provide a personalised quote with one of our international couriers.
Delivery
We also offer a completely in-house delivery service, utilising our sister company Duggleby Stephenson Movers & Storers' fleet of seven custom-specification vans. To receive a delivery quote, find the lot you are interested in on our website and type in your postcode, and our system will generate a custom delivery quote based on the size of the item and your distance from our Salerooms. Our experienced team of drivers and porters are specially trained in the transport and handling of delicate items of furniture and valuable fine art, ensuring your items are delivered to you exactly as you bought them.
