Star Wars Collection

Former soldier Jason Darling from East Yorkshire is auctioning his extensive Star Wars collection, which began in 1983 when he received a Palitoy Millennium Falcon for Christmas. While the initial craze faded, Jason continued collecting through flea markets and jumble sales, amassing a vast collection by the mid-1990s. Stored during his military service in Germany, the collection remained intact for 20 years. Now retired and downsizing, he is selling most of it, along with Dr. Who, Batman and Star Trek memorabilia. The 55-lot sale spans nearly three decades and features many rare boxed items. Prior to the sale, his story was featured by: The Grimbsy Telegraph, The BBC The Hull Daily Mail, The Scarborough News and Hull Live. After the sale, his story was featured by: The BBC, MSN, The Daily Record, The Yorkshire Post and BBC Radio Sheffield.

In the three images above, you’ll get a glimpse of just a small selection of the Star Wars collectables going under the hammer. From models and games to boxed vehicle models, action figures, and playsets, this sale is packed with treasures for fans and collectors alike. While we can’t showcase every lot here, this is truly one of those auctions where browsing the full catalogue is a must, you never know what rare gem you might find!
